Ashley grew up in small town midwest, but her love for art, especially music, took her into big city life. She went to Columbia College Chicago for Music Business and finished with a semester in LA focusing on Music Supervision. She began her career in Los Angeles working in music supervision and licensing 19 years ago. She is now the Senior Vice President of Farquhar Productions, where she oversees music catalog True Music and leads Music Supervision and Editing for major television and film projects, with credits spanning CBS, Lionsgate, A&E, Netflix, Disney, BET, and more. Her music supervision work has been nominated for three Guild of Music Supervisor Awards, a Hollywood Music in Media Award, and an NAACP Image award.
In 2012, Ashley's love of music expanded into the world of frequency healing (aka sound healing) and breathwork. Since 2013, she has been facilitating breathwork & sound healing sessions designed for stress-relief. These healing sessions are currently facilitated in-person, online, and on apps like Insight Timer. Her clients include musicians, composers and producers from the entertainment industries all over the world.
